Pablo Antonio: Life and Works

For a man of humble means, Pablo Antonio grew to become one of the most prolific architects in the Philippines. Spanning over 40 years, his career went on to produce over 150 works that included homes, theaters, commercial buildings and public infrastructure. Architectural historian Gerard Rey Lico takes us to the life and times of this national artist who had profound legacy on 20th century Filipino modernism. An architectural study tour will follow after the talk to selected Antonio works in New Manila, San Juan and Makati.
