2nd National Children’s Museum Conference

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Greetings! Please come and attend the 2nd National Children’s Museum Conference in Talisay City, Negros Occidental on Feb.19-21, 2009. This three-day conference will bring together museum workers, educators, local government representatives, Children’s institutions, parents and students from around the Philippines and some parts of Asia.

The conference venue will be in Nature’s Village Resort Hotel in Talisay City, about 20 minutes away from the airport in Silay City and 10 minutes away from Bacolod City.

Included in this invitation letter is a list of the different hotels in Bacolod City (downloadable in pdf or zip) and their telephone numbers so you can contact them directly for your accommodations. The schedule of the conference can be found on our website (http://www.museosangbata.org/).

The registration form for the 2nd National Children’s Museums Conference is downloadable in pdf or zip formats. Avail of the early bird registration to get a discount.

With regards to the plane fare, there are three airlines servicing the Manila- Bacolod route and also the Cebu Bacolod Route: Philippine Airlines , Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines. If you book early enough, there are many discounted rates available.

Transportation from the airport to the conference site, Nature’s Village Resort Hotel, can be arranged if you inform us ahead of time regarding your flight schedules.
