12th Annual General Assembly

We invite you to our 12th Annual General Assembly (AGA) during which you will be electing the 2007-2010 Museum Foundation Board of Directors and will vote for a set of proposed amendments to our constitution. The AGA will be on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Tambunting-Villonco Hall on the 4th floor of the Museum of the Filipino People.

The schedule of the assembly is as follows:

2:30-3:00 pm Registration & payment of membership dues
3:00-3:05 pm National Anthem and Prayer
3:05-3:10 pm Welcome remarks and message
3:40-4:10 pm Report by Maria Isabel G. Ongpin, MFP President
- Report
- Open forum
4:10-4:20 pm Vote on Amendments
4:20-4:40 pm Entertainment & Announcement of amendments voted on
4:40-5:50 pm Election proper
- Introduce Nominees
- Submission of ballots
- Merienda & Counting of ballots
5:50- 6:05 pm Invocation
6:05-6:10 pm Closing Remarks and Acknowledgments

We’d like to remind everyone that we are now accepting payment of annual membership dues. Ballots will be given only to paid-up regular, sustaining and family members. (Each family membership only gets one vote.) The list of nominees will be posted next to the registration desk. In order to start on time, please register on or before 2:30pm.

You shall be receiving a list of proposed nominees and election guidelines in your email or by fax. You may also visit our website, www.museumfoundationph.org, to view the names.

Feel free to bring along family and friends who would be interested in becoming new members. We look forward to having you with us. Your presence is highly valued.
