Culinary Affair: Pia Lim-Castillo at Le Soufflé
posted on February 27th, 2007Pia Lim-Castillo discusses the intricacies of the Filipino meal and how the land and seas as well as the history of colonization have affected our foodways from what it was before to what it is now. Despite the changes in foodways and habits, the underlying social importance of the meal will always be there. The luncheon menu will be prepared by Chef Jessie Sincioco.
