Mailing list and feeds
posted on May 1st, 2006We are in the process of moving our mailing list to Yahoo! Groups. Its an announcement-only group which means no one else except the group-owner and moderators can send messages. This avoids spam from being sent to all group members.
We are doing this because we want the subscribers to have more control of how messages are delivered to them as well as making list management easier.
We made some guides on how you can join the Museum Foundation mailing over at Yahoo! Groups:
- Accepting an invitation to the mailing list
- Joining the mailing list by e-mail
- Joining the mailing list via the web
- Unsubscribing from the mailing list
We have also added RSS feeds as a way of sending out information. If you have an RSS reader or a news aggregator just add any of the addresses below:
